You can search by subject, location, price and availability. Each coach profile shows their experience, qualifications, reviews and session options, so you can choose someone who fits what you are looking for.
Yes. Every coach is reviewed before joining TalentCoach.
Any coach working with under 18s must have an Enhanced DBS check verified by TalentCoach. Qualifications and experience are also clearly shown on each profile, so you can book with confidence.
You can book sessions directly through the platform. Payments are handled securely online, and everything is managed in one place, including confirmations, reminders and future bookings.
Yes. Coaches offer a mix of online and in person sessions. You can see the format clearly on each coach’s profile and choose what works best for you.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice result in the session fee being forfeited.
If something urgent or exceptional comes up, you can raise a request through the platform. Any refund will be considered on a case by case basis by TalentCoach in discussion with the coach.
Yes. It is free to join and browse coaches. You only pay for the sessions you book.
TalentCoach uses Google Calendar to allow coaches to create Google Calendar events with Google Meet links for booked online coaching sessions.
Calendar events are created only when a coach manually starts this action in TalentCoach after a learner has booked a session. TalentCoach does not automatically create calendar events immediately after booking.
If a session is rescheduled or cancelled, TalentCoach may update or cancel the related Google Calendar event.
